BAUXITE B88

The bauxite is produced with high-quality bauxite ore, which is selected，classified, homogenized,and sintered in high temperature. It has the features of homogenized components, high bulk density, good performance in high temperature and stable quality. There is no need to classify this material when it is used. Therefore it has the quality of low cost and high performance. It also can replace brown corundum in production.

BAUXITE B85

MULLITE 45 (M45)

The properties of M45 are similar to those of Molochite made by England. It can be used in the production of high grade kiln furnitures, tool bricks and precision casting industry.

SYNTHETIC MULLITE M60-1 (WHITE M60-1)

Taking the kaoline, aluminum oxide and natural bauxite as the raw material, M60-1 is homogenized after good selection, and is sintered in high temperature. The white color M60-1 has high bulk density and can replace andalusite. It is the satisfactory material for producing various high-grade products.

MULLITE 60 (M60)

Using fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M60 is homogenized with complicated processes after strict selection, and is sintered at high temperature.

MULLITE 70 (M70)

Using fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M70 is multi-homogenized after fine selection, and is sintered at high temperature. It is characterized with high content of mullite, high bulk density, high thermal shock resistance, low creep value at high-temperature and good chemical corrosion resistance. It’s the optimal material for producing various shaped and unshaped refractories and precision casting products.

Ligheweight spherical mullite aggregate LB45

It features many excellent properties of low iron content, high purity, high cold crushing strength and so on. Suitable for insulation castable or pre-fab; It can replece dense material if the area do not contact with slag or melting metal. Also it is suitable for insulation brick. Specifically it can be used for roof and door of aluminum furnace, roof of iron runner, roof of induction furnace, door of coke oven, roof for iron or steel ladle, lining of heat treating furnace or ceramic furnace and so on.
