Taking the kaoline, aluminum oxide and natural bauxite as the raw material, M60-1 is homogenized after good selection, and is sintered in high temperature. The white color M60-1 has high bulk density and can replace andalusite. It is the satisfactory material for producing various high-grade products.
The properties of M45 are similar to those of Molochite made by England. It can be used in the production of high grade kiln furnitures, tool bricks and precision casting industry.
Using fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M60 is homogenized with complicated processes after strict selection, and is sintered at high temperature.
Using fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M70 is multi-homogenized after fine selection, and is sintered at high temperature. It is characterized with high content of mullite, high bulk density, high thermal shock resistance, low creep value at high-temperature and good chemical corrosion resistance. It’s the optimal material for producing various shaped and unshaped refractories and precision casting products.
Cordierite chooses the fine quality kaolin, aluminium oxide and talc as the main raw material,and is sintered at high temperature. It’s featured with low thermal expansion coefficient,good thermal shock resistance. Wide range of products with good thermal shock resistance can be made by this material such as ceramic kiln furniture , honeycomb ceramics, burner ,burner block, etc.
